I haven’t been doing well, not well at all. I wish I could go back in to public school. Being home schooled is boring and for the most part, I sit at home watching Star Wars. That makes me sound like the biggest nerd in the world.
I’ve only lost a couple pounds.

Weight loss tips and tools
skinny-is-my-goal:
- Don’t taste ANYTHING sweet in the morning. Not even sweetener.
- Drink water and green tea
- Replace regular milk with soy milk
- Try to eat meals every 4 hours
- Decrease your carb intake
- Restrict salt
- Don’t join carbs with fats or sugars
- Don’t forget about vitamins! Take a multi-vitamin daily!
- Cleanse your body once every 2 weeks
- Try not to drink alcohol
- Drop all soda, even diet soda. It causes bloating.
- Eat fiber and workout!
