I haven’t been doing well, not well at all. I wish I could go back in to public school. Being home schooled is boring and for the most part, I sit at home watching Star Wars. That makes me sound like the biggest nerd in the world.

Weight loss tips and tools

skinny-is-my-goal:

  1. Don’t taste ANYTHING sweet in the morning. Not even sweetener.
  2. Drink water and green tea
  3. Replace regular milk with soy milk
  4. Try to eat meals every 4 hours
  5. Decrease your carb intake 
  6. Restrict salt
  7. Don’t join carbs with fats or sugars
  8. Don’t forget about vitamins! Take a multi-vitamin daily!
  9. Cleanse your body once every 2 weeks
  10. Try not to drink alcohol
  11. Drop all soda, even diet soda. It causes bloating.
  12. Eat fiber and workout!
